Talmud - Dont make a Woman Cry

'Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because G-d counts her tears. The woman came out of a man's rib. Not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from the side to be equal. under the arm to be protected, and next to the heart to be loved'
-Bava Metzia 59:A

I've checked the whole amud, It doesn't say this there!? Got other stuff to do with being nice to women but nothing about where she came from.
Where does it acutally say it?

This quote actually has a known author in Matthew Henry (18 October 1662 – 22 June 1714), a Nonconformist minister and author, born in Wales but spending much of his life in England. He is best known for the six-volume biblical commentary Exposition of the Old and New Testaments.
